Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to keep the team informed and on track.
- Organize and maintain team documentation, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables, providing updates and reminders to the team as needed.
- Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with data entry and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to support business decisions.
- Help organize team events, training sessions, and other activities to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team's day-to-day operations, including maintaining supplies, managing equipment, and troubleshooting issues.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or team support role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
