e-Billing Assistant
RR Donnelley is a global business support services company with over 200 years of experience. They are seeking an e-Billing Assistant to perform data entry tasks related to e-Billing, manage timekeeper submissions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve submission issues.
Responsibilities
- Data entry tasks related to e-Billing timekeeper submission
- Follow-ups relating to timekeeper approvals
- Collaboration with internal teams regarding timekeeper submission issues and/or rejections
- Data entry tasks related to e-Billing invoice submission
- Data entry related to other team initiatives including (but not limited to) team work assignments, approved timekeeper submissions, annual rate increases, departmental training, departmental standards
- Other data entry and clerical tasks as required
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, while meeting deadlines with shifting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, energetic, vibrant presence
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the law firm client
- Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion
