ProfitOnAds is an ecommerce agency helping Shopify brands scale in the US market.

And over time, you'll become the operational backbone of the business,  trusted to run things when the founder isn't in the room.

The Role
What you’ll own:

Project & Team Coordination

Help coordinate delivery across  Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email marketing, TikTok Shop initiatives, and Creative production

Run or support internal morning team calls

Ensure tasks are clearly assigned and followed through

Track priorities and deadlines across accounts

Help maintain operational structure as the business scales

Client Support & Communication

Join client calls alongside the founder

Support with reporting and follow-up actions

Gradually take on more responsibility in lower-risk client interactions over time

Help maintain the agency’s high-trust, relationship-driven approach

This role is not expected to independently lead major client relationships initially, but should grow toward that capability over time.

Marketing Operations Support

Understand how ecommerce funnels operate across paid media, creative, landing pages, email, and conversion flows

Support the founder in diagnosing account issues and execution gaps

Help ensure campaigns, assets and deliverables are aligned correctly

Process & Organisational Support

Improve internal structure and communication

Help document workflows and processes over time

Ensure the team continues operating efficiently as the agency grows

Creative & Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with editors, designers and content teams

Review outputs and ensure work is aligned with briefs

Help maintain quality control across campaigns

Be willing to contribute hands-on where needed: simple ad creation, copy adjustments, basic campaign support, creative iteration.

The Person
Who we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience doing something in project management, social media, paid media, or marketing ops

Exposure to  ecommerce or agency environments is ideal

Ambitious and growth-oriented

Excited by ecommerce and marketing

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

Strong written and verbal English

Strong organisational skills

Confidence coordinating people and tasks
