We’re hiring: Video Editor

Haynow Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with experience in podcasts and short-form content for social media. We’re looking for someone who can turn raw podcast recordings into polished full episodes and scroll-stopping clips for multiple platforms. What you’ll do:

✨ Edit long-form podcast episodes

Create short-form vertical and horizontal clips

Identify strong hooks and standout moments

️ English proficiency

Add captions, titles, motion graphics, SFX, and engaging visual elements

⚡ Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, and retention

✅ Follow creative direction, timecodes, and feedback with precision What we’re looking for:

Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or long-form video

Strong short-form editing skills

Good visual taste and editorial judgment

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
