Haynow Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with experience in podcasts and short-form content for social media. We’re looking for someone who can turn raw podcast recordings into polished full episodes and scroll-stopping clips for multiple platforms. What you’ll do:

✨ Edit long-form podcast episodes

📱 Create short-form vertical and horizontal clips

🎯 Identify strong hooks and standout moments

🗣️ English proficiency

📝 Add captions, titles, motion graphics, SFX, and engaging visual elements

⚡ Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, and retention

✅ Follow creative direction, timecodes, and feedback with precision What we’re looking for:

🎧 Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or long-form video

📲 Strong short-form editing skills

🎨 Good visual taste and editorial judgment

🧩 Attention to detail and ability to work independently
