Education Law Attorney | Remote Across CA

About the Opportunity:

A highly respected and nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The firm is open to attorneys with a background in civil litigation who have a strong interest in transitioning into education law. This is a remote opportunity offering the chance to work on impactful matters involving public institutions, school districts, and education policy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise public sector and educational clients on a wide range of legal issues
• Handle litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Provide strategic counsel on education law and policy
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and proceedings

Qualifications:
• Active bar license in California.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in Civil Litigation (preferred)
• Education Law experience is a Plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $210,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
