Electrical engineer needed for various projects - Contract to Hire

We are an engineering firm working on a range of automation and product development projects. We work fast, hold high standards, and need engineers who can do the same.

Core skills required:

Schematic capture and PCB layout in KiCad, Altium, or Eagle

Mixed-signal design: power regulation, analog sensing, digital control

Motor control: BLDC, stepper, DC brush — drivers, FOC, PWM strategies

Microcontroller and embedded systems: STM32, ESP32, Arduino, or similar

Communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485

Power electronics: buck/boost converters, battery management, load switching

Sensor integration: encoders, IMUs, temperature, current sensing

Component selection, BOM development, and sourcing

Wiring harness design and connector selection

Design for manufacturability and assembly

Nice to have:

Experience with UL, CE, or FCC compliance

Firmware writing or co-developing with a firmware engineer

Thermal analysis and layout for power-dense boards

Experience with Peltier/TEC systems or precision temperature control

Work is per project with clear scope defined upfront. Send two or three examples of past PCB or electrical system work and a short intro on your background.
