Email Marketing Expert Needed (Mailchimp / Klaviyo) – Audit + Optimization

I’m looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help audit and improve an existing email marketing setup.

This is a structured, clearly defined project—I value good communication and want to ensure everything is aligned from the start.

Scope of Work:

Review current email campaigns and/or automation setup

Identify gaps in segmentation, targeting, and performance

Suggest and implement improvements

Optimize email structure, flow, and engagement

(Optional) Improve or redesign 1–2 emails for better conversion

What I’m Looking For:

Strong experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms

Understanding of segmentation, automation, and email performance

Ability to explain your approach clearly (not just execute)

Reliable communication and ability to follow a structured workflow
