Job Title: Full-Time Email Marketing Manager (DTC Ecommerce) – Revenue Optimization & Lifecycle Strategy

About Us

We are a fast-growing ecommerce agency managing multiple brands across supplements, peptides, lifestyle, FMCG, health, grooming, and more. Email is one of our largest revenue channels, and we are looking for a full-time team member who can take complete ownership of email marketing and maximize revenue for each client.

This is a long-term, full-time position — not for someone juggling multiple freelance clients.

We want someone strategic, organized, and highly skilled in lifecycle marketing.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for growing, nurturing, and monetizing email lists across several ecommerce brands. From strategy → execution → optimization, you will own the entire email marketing ecosystem.

Your responsibilities include building flows, crafting campaigns, segmenting audiences, analyzing performance, and ensuring all technical integrations are working seamlessly.

Create a high-converting lifecycle for every client

Key Responsibilities

Email Strategy & Revenue Growth

Create and execute a weekly/monthly email revenue plan for multiple DTC ecommerce brands

Identify revenue opportunities through segmentation, automation flows, and optimized sending cadence

Develop seasonal, promotional, product-launch, and evergreen strategies

Work directly with leadership to plan major sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, product drops, VIP events, etc.)

List Growth & Lead Capture

Optimize onsite forms, popups, and flyouts for max conversions

Ensure 100% of all customers are captured into the email ecosystem after every purchase

Build list-growing funnels (quizzes, gated content, SMS-to-email, giveaways, etc.)

Implement new tactics for expanding subscriber bases consistently

Technical Setup & Platform Management

Manage platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or others as needed

Ensure flawless integrations with:

Ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.)

SMS tools

Popups/forms

CRMs

Webhooks

Monitor list health, deliverability, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation

Troubleshoot issues with automations, segmentation, or tracking

⚙️ Automation & Flow Buildout

Build, maintain, and optimize all essential flows, including but not limited to:

Welcome Series (non-buyer & buyer)

Abandoned Cart Flow

Checkout Abandonment

Browse Abandonment

Post-Purchase Flow (cross-sell, education, loyalty)

Winback Series

Replenishment / Subscription Reminders

VIP Loyalty Series

Sunset & List Cleaning Flow

Review/UCG Automation

You should be able to build flows from scratch, optimize existing flows, and ensure they fire correctly.

Content, Copy, & Campaign Management

Plan and send weekly campaigns for multiple brands

Write high-converting subject lines, preview text, and email copy

Work with creative teams (designers, editors) to produce images/GIFs/templates

Maintain brand identity across all communications

Ensure mobile-first design & high deliverability

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Report daily/weekly on email revenue, deliverability, and engagement

Run A/B tests on:

Subject lines

Sending times

Content/product angles

CTAs

Template design

Segments

Identify gaps and growth opportunities

Recommend improvements to increase open rate, click-through, conversion rate, and LTV

Requirements

Experience

2–5+ years in email marketing for ecommerce brands

Deep understanding of email lifecycle, segmentation, and retention

Strong experience with Klaviyo or Omnisend (major plus)

Experience working with high-volume ecommerce accounts

Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Skills

Strong copywriting ability

Strong understanding of ecommerce behaviors & buyer psychology

Knowledge of deliverability principles

Comfortable with light HTML/template editing

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Able to think creatively and strategically

Understands how email interacts with SMS + paid ads funnels

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

SMS marketing experience

Graphic design/basic creative editing

Experience with ecommerce CRO & funnel strategy

Knowledge of WooCommerce or Shopify basics
