We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us create and send a 3-email newsletter campaign to our customer database.

This is one project consisting of 3 email newsletters, each with a different message and goal. We need someone who can help with the email setup, design, structure, and sending process to ensure professional delivery and strong engagement.

Scope of work:

• Create and design 3 professional email newsletters

• Set up the email campaign in our email marketing platform

• Prepare the customer list and segmentation if needed

• Test and optimize emails for desktop and mobile

• Schedule and send the campaigns

• Ensure good deliverability and professional formatting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing/newsletters

• Experience with platforms like Klaviyo

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices

• Ability to create clean and effective email layouts

• Experience with campaign setup, automation, and analytics
