Overview

We’re looking for a conversion-focused Email Opt-In Funnel Designer to help us build a simple but high-performing lead capture and nurturing system for our B2B services.

This role is focused specifically on structuring and optimizing the opt-in flow and the email follow-up sequence. We are not looking for lead magnet creation. The goal is to convert existing traffic into qualified leads and move them toward booked calls through effective funnel design and messaging.

What You’ll Be Working On

Build and structure a clean email opt-in funnel (opt-in → thank you → follow-up emails)

Design the user flow to maximize conversions and reduce drop-off

Create and optimize email nurturing sequences to warm up leads

Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and offer clarity

Ensure a smooth journey from first click to booked call

Key Responsibilities

Design and structure a high-converting opt-in funnel flow

Create compelling lead capture experience (forms, CTAs, hooks)

Build or guide the email sequence that nurtures and qualifies leads

Align messaging with ICP pain points and desired outcomes

Suggest improvements based on conversion and funnel best practices

Requirements

Proven experience building opt-in funnels that generate qualified leads

Strong understanding of conversion psychology and user behavior

Experience with email nurturing sequences (critical for this role)

Ability to think strategically, not just execute designs

Experience with funnel tools and/or Webflow (or ability to collaborate with developers)

Clear communication and collaborative working style

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B lead generation or service-based businesses

Familiarity with tools like Webflow, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar

Understanding of tracking, analytics, and lead attribution

Experience integrating funnels with CRM and email automation systems
