Employee Relations Specialist

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000
Summary:
The Employee Relations Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day employee relations matters across assigned Pyramid Healthcare facilities. This position partners closely with managers and leadership to provide guidance and coaching on routine workplace concerns, including attendance, performance, policy violations, and corrective action. The role is focused on helping ensure consistent application of company policies while supporting timely and effective resolution of employee issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource for managers on routine employee relations matters, including attendance, conduct, and policy concerns
Coach managers through progressive discipline and ensure consistent application of company policies
Assist with drafting corrective actions, coaching documentation, and performance-related communication
Provide guidance on interpretation and application of company policies and procedures
Escalate complex issues or investigations to the HR Manager/HRBP as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of employee relations cases
Monitor trends and provide insight on recurring employee relations concerns
Collaborate with HR team members on projects and process improvements
Complete required trainings and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience focusing on foundational employee relations or generalist duties
preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Understanding of basic HR policies and general employment practices.
