* Utilizing Gmail and our user-friendly company admin portal to navigate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
* Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**
