Enterprise Event Sales Representative
ServiceTitan is a company focused on helping businesses succeed through innovative solutions. The Event Sales Representative will be responsible for high-volume prospecting, building relationships at industry events, and managing the entire event engagement cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume prospecting for leads via our Highest Strategic Priority Associations and Business Partners
- Travel to and fully manage event operations including Trade Shows, Dealer Meetings, and Industry events
- Cultivate and maintain a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline through high-volume, strategic outbound efforts tailored to event attendees and partners
- Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers to discover unmet needs and demonstrate how ServiceTitan delivers extraordinary value
- Physically travel and visit customers and potential prospects and businesses as needed
- Own cross-functional collaboration with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans and coordinate demonstrations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales opportunities and meeting set goals
- Maintain knowledge of the ST Product, the home services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends
- Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log in Salesforce
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required
- Proven ability to travel 40% of the time
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor both on the phone and in person
- The ability to handle objections and articulate the value proposition with any level of detail or brevity
- Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a strong team player
- Resourceful and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
