We are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers with deep utility and energy-sector relationships who understand how to drive enterprise sales inside highly complex utility environments.
This role is built for professionals who know how to:
navigate utility buying cycles
engage executive leadership
drive large-scale enterprise deals
influence grid modernization initiatives
and build long-term strategic partnerships

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive enterprise sales growth across utility and energy markets
Build relationships with utility executives, operational leaders, and key stakeholders
Develop strategic opportunities within grid modernization and digital energy initiatives
Lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Partner with technical and delivery teams to craft customer-focused solutions
Support initiatives involving:utility modernization
automation
renewable integration
smart infrastructure
cybersecurity
energy management
IT/OT integration

Manage large enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close

Qualifications

What It Takes to Succeed
15+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or technical sales experience
Strong background within electric utilities, energy infrastructure, or grid modernization
Proven success building C-suite relationships within utility organizations
Experience closing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
Deep understanding of:power systems
utility automation
microgrids
digital energy
utility cybersecurity
grid modernization technologies

Strong consultative sales and strategic advisory background
Experience leading complex proposals and enterprise bids
Comfortable with up to 60% travel
