About the opportunity
The Project & Agile Tooling Administrator provides essential support for our project and agile tooling ecosystem, primarily focusing on Atlassian tools. This individual will work collaboratively with project teams, agile practitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use and configuration of these tools. This individual will play a key role in assisting with user support, training, and basic tool administration..

Key Responsibilities

User Support & Training:
Provide first-level support for tool-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed

Assist with user onboarding and training sessions

Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other training resources

Promote user adoption and best practices

Tool Administration:
Assist with basic tool configuration and maintenance tasks under supervision

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

Create and update project templates, workflows, and dashboards

Maintain accurate tool documentation

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate standard reports and dashboards on tool usage and performance

Assist with data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about tool updates, new features, and best practices

Actively participate in training and development opportunities

Develop a strong understanding of project management and agile methodologies

We are looking for someone who has
Basic understanding of project management and agile concepts

Familiarity with Jira, JSM, Confluence or similar tools

Comfortable working with data and generating reports

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused and service-oriented

Team player with a willingness to learn

Organized and detail-oriented

It will be great if you have:
Certifications or training in project management (e.g., CAPM) or agile (e.g., Scrum Fundamentals)

Experience with other enterprise software applications

Enthusiasm for technology and innovation
