**Job Summary**

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Fielding inquiries and addressing customer pain points through inbound and outbound calling, email, and chat support
* Maintaining extensive product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* 18+ years of age
* Must pass a background check
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
