- You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's product or service
- Your role combines customer support, account management, and proactive engagement to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
Skills
- You must be able to work in the US without needing sponsorship/visa
- Be able to work in office or hybrid in NYC

- Experience in account management, customer support, sales, training, and project management
