Job Overview

We're seeking a talented and ambitious Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team in Jefferson City. As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data, as well as providing daily helpdesk support. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Organize, manage, and profile data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in moving data between production systems and across multiple platforms.
  • Create stunning data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that tell a story and drive business decisions.
  • Acquire data from multiple sources, maintaining databases and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports that inform business strategy.
  • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Utilize software such as Power Bi, SSRS, and Crystal Reports to retrieve and combine data in various reporting tools.
  • Continuously review existing reports for accuracy, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Perform historical data analysis, uncovering trends and insights that inform future decisions.
  • Provide software and helpdesk support when needed, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in performing data analysis, database design, data models, data mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with Power Bi, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
  • Database querying skills (MS SQL Server).
  • Broad experience in IT, with a basic understanding of software, servers, and desktop support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop, OneDrive, and Office 365 Exchange.
  • Ability to demonstrate deadline and detail-oriented project and ticket completion.

Preferred Qualifications
