Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Control Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting internal and external customers with data entry, aircraft records, and paperwork control. Anticipated Shift Schedules

We offer a range of shift schedules to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Wednesday-Saturday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday-Wednesday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data for customer routine and non-routine cards, including discrepancies and corrective action
  • Ensuring accurate accounting of documents in both arenaflex and customer computer systems
  • Inter-filing paperwork in various locations
  • Maintaining sequence requirements for scanning documents and sending to customers
  • Disassembling paperwork for scanning, performing scanning basics, and reassembling completed paperwork for shipping to customers
  • Setting up preliminary items for data entry and scanned records to be used throughout the check
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Computer experience and/or training required

Physical Effort and Dexterity

This role requires:

  • Sitting, using hands and arms, and talking or hearing
  • Focusing on objects close up
  • Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds

  • A full base pay range of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses
