Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our financial services team as an Entry Level Financial Services Representative/Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals, needs, and concerns
• Develop and implement financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs
• Educate individuals on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products and services
• Analyze market trends and provide regular updates to clients on their investment portfolios
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications

Compensation:
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
• 1099 Commission only
