This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new systems, and assisting clients with travel arrangements. You'll help support travelers as they explore destinations, compare options, and coordinate trip details.
No prior experience in travel is required. We provide training, educational resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with exploring vacation options based on their interests and travel goals
Help coordinate accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
Research destination information and available travel opportunities through approved platforms
Provide guidance on travel selections and available promotions
Support clients with reservation requests and booking-related questions
Review itineraries and confirmation details for accuracy
Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel plans
Stay informed on supplier updates, destination information, and industry offerings
Participate in training programs and team development sessions
Qualifications

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
Must be comfortable communicating in English
