Epic Healthy Planet & Compass Rose Analyst - Revolutionizing Healthcare with Data-Driven Insights

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epic Healthy Planet & Compass Rose Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Epic Compass Rose module tailored for specialty pharmacy services. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of the Epic software and the unique needs of specialty pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and IT teams to implement the Epic Compass Rose module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and pharmacy workflow.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure accurate and efficient functionality.
  • Customize and configure the module to meet the specific needs of specialty pharmacy services, including medication management, patient care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute optimization strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize the Epic Compass Rose module to generate and analyze data related to specialty pharmacy operations, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to pharmacy leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including pharmacy staff, IT professionals, clinical teams, and administration, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Epic Compass Rose module.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about system updates, issues, and improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree or PharmD is preferred.
  • Certification in either Epic Compass Rose or Healthy Planet with Compass Rose badge.
  • Experience with pharmacy operations preferred.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to specialty pharmacy services.
