Equipment Operator/Laborer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks
- Perform tasks such as grading, bulldozing, and trenching
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Coordinate with construction crews to support project needs

Requirements:
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation
- Proficiency in operating loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and basic maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Loader operation experience
- Backhoe operation skills
- Grader operation proficiency
- Familiarity with water truck operations

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
