Online ESL Teacher Job Description
• Hourly Rate: 18-33USD
• * Student Age Group: age 4-12
• Class Size: up to 2 students
• Class Length: 28 min
• Book Rate：up to 90%-100% （fixed teaching hours)
• The number of Class Session per week:
• 3 days a week, either MWF or Tue-Thu-Sat 6pm-10pm Beijing time for one year.
• Class Schedule (Beijing time)
• M – Sat: 6pm-10pm

• Review: 31abc is relatively small compared to many out there, but they take care of their teachers by maximizing their teaching hours with a fixed schedule and the same recurring students. They only hire native English speakers. Having a TEFL, TESOL or TESL certificates along with teaching experience with kids is a plus.

You must have good computer skills and good internet connection since you will be using 31abc teaching application. It is a video conference tool similar to Skype used for delivering the lesson. You will have the same students 3 days a week, either MWF or Tue-Thu-Sat 6pm-10pm Beijing time for one year.

That means very stable teaching hours and income for teachers.
