Evening/Weekend Dispatcher (Must be Local)

$250 per weekend and $40 for Wednesday evening

Taking calls will be from 5PM-12AM Wednesday and 7AM-12AM Saturday/Sunday every other weekend

We will provide a laptop and cell phone for the calls and dispatch if needed

Preferred radiology scheduler or background or medical terminology

Also you will need to come to the office in Kinsgton for a few days of training.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and communicate with technologist and nursing homes.
• Dispatch drivers to assigned facilities
• Monitor transportation activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle incoming calls on the phone system and provide excellent customer service. After 5PM on weekdays with approximately 4-5 calls and weekends 5-7 calls Saturday and Sunday
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities. Some light administrative duties of entering patients insurance information and calling the nursing homes with positive results.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in dispatching or supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to handle call volumes and demonstrate phone etiquette.
• Capable of multitasking and familiar with medical terms is a plus.
