Description 

The Event Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Argano’s business events, including conferences, sales programs/roadshow, and executive/partner engagements. This role is highly detail-oriented, operationally focused, and critical to delivering high-quality event experiences that align with Argano’s brand and business objectives across our Oracle, Microsoft and SAP practices.  

Job Responsibilities 




  • Coordinate event logistics including registration, travel, lodging, catering, shipping, and on-site support 





  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists for assigned events 





  • Support agenda execution and run-of-show documentation 





  • Manage speaker logistics, communications, and prep materials 





  • Coordinate with vendors such as venues, AV, production, and catering partners 





  • Track contracts, Pos, invoices, and payments in partnership with AP and Finance 





  • Support sponsor and partner deliverables as needed 





  • Manage event tools (survey monkey, FedEx, spectra, Vista Print) 





  • Track attendee data, session attendance, and engagement metrics 





  • Maintain organized event documentation and file organization on drives 





  • Provide on-site execution support including registration, speaker support and logistics troubleshooting 





  • Support virtual event execution as needed 







  • Act as a key point of contact during events days for operational needs 





  • Collect and organize post-event data and feedback 





  • Support post-event reporting and recap materials 





  • Document learnings and process improvements 



Required Qualifications 




  • 4+ years of experience coordinating events, meetings, or marketing programs 





  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 





  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 





  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 





  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external vendors 





  • Willingness to travel and support on-site events as needed
