The Role

We’re hiring a Freelance Event Coordinator to cover maternity leave (4 month) and help drive Symbiotic’s presence at top Web3 events globally. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone based in Europe who thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments. You’ll coordinate speaking slots, sponsorships, travel logistics, and creative execution for events like Korea Blockchain Week and DevConnect. If you’re organised, creative, and fluent in crypto culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Who You Are

• Experienced in event coordination, conference logistics, and travel planning

  Familiar with Web3 and crypto-native events and communities

  Detail-oriented and able to manage complex timelines, calendars, and stakeholders

  Creative and strategic thinker who can manage budgets and recommend high-impact event activations

  Skilled in vendor negotiation, sponsorship pitching, and managing external relationships

  What You'll Do

  • Manage logistics for Symbiotic’s participation in major crypto events worldwide

    Track side event directories and secure speaking opportunities

    Coordinate travel and lodging based on strategic proximity to key venues

    Liaise with event organisers, vendors, and production partners

    Work with design on booth collateral, merch, signage, and print materials
