Job Summary
The events Coordinator is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves bringing webinars and events to life with flawless coordination and measurable impact. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented events professional who excels at managing logistics, engaging speakers and stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools to drive event performance and pipeline results.
In this role, you’ll be the operational engine behind our events, ensuring the webinars and tradeshows you touch are delivered with precision, engagement, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to coordinate event logistics, manage communications, oversee workflows, and utilize AI-driven processes to streamline event execution. If you thrive on managing moving parts, enhancing attendee experiences, and producing events that contribute to business growth, you’ll excel here.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
Coordinate and execute webinars and tradeshows, including scheduling, registration setup, platform configuration, and event management
Manage all event logistics, including customer speaker preparation, stakeholder communication, and internal team coordination
Develop and execute workflows that support event promotion, registration nurture, follow-up communications, and pipeline tracking
Collaborate with Marketing to measure event performance, track engagement, and report on pipeline impact
Integrate AI-powered workflows to optimize scheduling, streamline attendee communications, and enhance post-event data analysis for increased efficiency.
Perform comprehensive quality checks on event setups, platform functionality, and communications to ensure readiness
Facilitate post-event activities, including sending follow-up communications, analyzing performance metrics, and documenting execution details
Maintain clear documentation of event workflows, process improvements, and outcomes
You Will Love This Job If You Have
1–3 years of experience in online events coordination, marketing events, or digital marketing operations
Hands-on experience managing webinars, virtual summits, or similar digital events
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events
Experience engaging with customer speakers and internal stakeholders to support event success
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Wistia, Cvent)
Ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to improve event efficiency and reporting
Demonstrated skill in measuring event performance and reporting on pipeline contribution
Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and attendee engagement
