We are looking for someone with proven excellence in an Executive Assistant role supporting Senior-Level Management (i.e. Senior Directors, Senior VP's, Divisional VP's, etc.) and C-Suite Executives. Articulate written and verbal communication, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and the flexibility to work long hours is a must! DaVita is looking for an individual who will go above and beyond to extend the highest level of service possible. 'Thinking outside the box' to make things happen are key traits for this person.

DaVita functions as a very fast-pasted work environment, so your ability to work at a high-level of proficiency with little supervision is essential. As an Executive Assistant, you are clever, resourceful and independently driven. You know how to take the ball and roll with it. You have the ability to Get Stuff Done; or GSD as we call it. This is the perfect role for someone who is assertive, organized and able to decisively make well thought out decisions and run with them. We will also be sure to put your multi-tasking skills to the test!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

High energy with the ability to work independently and prioritize large volumes of information
Ability to learn the business to advise on prioritization and flexibility of schedule-related items / calendar management
Juggle high volume of scheduling, meeting/event planning and travel itineraries
May act as a project manager for special projects, which may include coordination of activities, note taking, disseminating key items and other tasks as required
Handle and route confidential and non-routine documents and information
Brings a Service Excellence-orientation to partnerships across the organization and outside constituencies. Strong passion for serving their team and others.
Work flexible hours to meet leader / project needs
Maintain exceptional relationships with internal partners with a reputation of organization and responsiveness
Proactively communicate and plan in order to support and set partners and teammates up for success

Qualifications

Proven longevity in an Executive Assistant role
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Senior Level Management (VP, C-Suite, Senior Director, etc.)
Strong executive presence and communication skills
High sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse group of teammates
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel required
High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to work with sensitive/confidential information required
Remote with ability to travel as needed (up to 50%).

The Wage Range for the role is $29.50-$43.50 per hour.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
