Role Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-quality, proactive support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic business priorities. Acting as a trusted partner, the role requires strong organisational capability, sound judgement and the ability to manage complex and competing demands in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Working closely with Executives and the wider Executive Assistant community, the role supports leadership priorities, strategic planning activities and senior stakeholder engagement. This is a highly visible role working with senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Partnership
Build strong working relationships with allocated Executives, developing a clear understanding of their priorities and working styles
Act as a trusted partner, proactively supporting the management of priorities, schedules and stakeholder engagement
Manage complex and competing diary commitments, ensuring Executive time is aligned with business priorities
Exercise sound judgement when managing requests, communications and access to Executives
Support preparation for leadership meetings, governance forums and client engagements
Stakeholder Management
Build effective relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external clients
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Liaise with client Executive Assistants to coordinate meetings, travel and business activities
Administration, Meetings & Events
Proactively manage Executive diaries and coordinate travel and logistical arrangements
Process expenses, invoices and timesheets accurately and within required deadlines
Coordinate internal and external meetings including leadership meetings and client engagements
Support internal and client-facing events including venue coordination and logistics
Prepare or coordinate briefing packs, presentations and meeting materials
Track actions and follow-ups from key meetings
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant community to ensure consistent support and coordinate any onsite support needed
Build effective working relationships with internal teams including HR, Finance, IT and Facilities
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience
Significant experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Experience working in a professional services, consulting, banking or corporate environment
Proven experience managing complex diaries, stakeholder relationships and executive priorities
Experience supporting Partner, Managing Director or C-Suite level executives is advantageous
