About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support C-level leaders at A1.

This role combines execution, coordination, and judgment. You will manage priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure high-impact work progresses smoothly across teams.

You are expected to operate independently, handle ambiguity, and maintain a high standard of reliability and discretion.

What You'll be Doing

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, understanding priorities and helping drive execution

    Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with strong judgment

    Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure follow-through on key initiatives

    Prepare materials, summaries, and briefings for internal and external discussions

    Identify gaps, risks, and misalignment early, and help resolve them

    Improve workflows and ways of working to increase efficiency and clarity

    Communicate clearly across teams, adapting to different stakeholders

    Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

    What You Will Need

    • Experience in executive support, operations, or similar roles

      Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple stakeholders simultaneously

      Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

      High attention to detail and strong follow-through

      Clear, concise communication across different audiences

      High level of discretion and professionalism

      Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
