**Key Responsibilities**

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Reviewing customer cases and conducting research to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
* Analyzing customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a deep understanding of the customer's journey and opportunities for enhancement
* Interpreting research findings and translating them into clear, actionable reports and presentations for leadership
* Collaborating with the ECR leadership team to develop and implement strategic recommendations and solutions
* Conducting root cause analysis and providing recommendations for process improvements
* Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of contact center experience
* 2-3 years of customer service experience
* 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

* Demonstrated experience in data validation and business intelligence
* Experience with analytics implementation and quantitative analysis
* Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
* Proven skill level in PowerPoint
* Experience in creating analytic designs and performing data analysis

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Salary range: $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
