Our Story

At Davies North America, we’re at the forefront of innovation and excellence, blending cutting-edge technology with top-tier professional services. As a vital part of the global Davies Group, we help businesses navigate risk, optimize operations, and spearhead transformation in the insurance and regulated sectors.

Davies Claims North America is continuing its strategic expansion and is actively building a pipeline of Executive General Adjusters (EGA) who bring deep expertise in large, complex casualty losses; including energy, oil & gas, and high-hazard industries, along with the ability to generate and transition revenue.

This is a high-impact, dual-role opportunity for top-tier adjusters who are not only technically elite but also commercially driven. Individuals who are trusted by clients, named on accounts, and capable of walking in the door with established relationships and revenue streams.

We are seeking professionals who want to elevate their platform, expand their reach, and grow with a firm that is investing heavily in talent, client partnerships, and market presence.
