About the Role

Our remote travel operations team is continuing to expand, and we're seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join us as Experience Arrangements Coordinators. In this position, you'll work closely with clients to help organize travel plans, oversee important booking details, and provide ongoing coordination support throughout the planning process.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and creating positive client experiences while working remotely. Whether you're transitioning from a customer facing role or exploring a new opportunity, complete training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

Assist travelers with vacation requests, scheduling preferences, and trip planning needs

Coordinate travel services such as accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities

Review pricing, availability, and travel selections through approved booking and supplier platforms

Manage itinerary details, confirmations, and reservation updates accurately

Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication systems

Support clients with booking modifications, travel adjustments, and follow-up assistance

Stay current on supplier updates, destination highlights, and promotional offers

Participate in remote onboarding, training sessions, and professional development programs

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities

Comfortable multitasking and working independently from home

Familiarity with online tools, email, and basic computer applications

Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits

Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills

Interest in hospitality, travel coordination, administration, or support services

Must be at least 18 years old
