**Key Responsibilities**
As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer support and assistance to our valued callers
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for talented individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Location**: You must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only.
* **Computer Equipment**: You must have your own computer equipment that meets the following specifications:
+ Laptop or desktop computer
+ Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
+ Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
+ Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended
+ 8GB Memory / RAM
+ Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
+ Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
+ Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
+ Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible
* **Skills**:
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Previous call center customer service experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
