**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an Experienced Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting in processing weekly sales, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and maintaining sales records
* Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
* Providing exceptional client support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
* Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and mailings
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of office experience in a similar administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
