**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the Air Terminal Stations Group, including scheduling meetings, composing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
* Manage and coordinate local requests, including invoice processing and distribution.
* Investigate and resolve office technology issues, including phone and copier machines.
* Track and ensure employees complete onboarding obligations, including system access, storage space allocation, and training.
* Assist in station event planning, coordination, and execution.
* Handle finance processing in Workbrain for management and care staff.
* Process deprivation letters and arrange local communications and responses.
* Oversee employee termination, including allowing and tasks, as required.
* Assist with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data review, compromises, and recording.
* Maintain employee records, as needed.
* Update and maintain station meeting plans, including monthly crisis response.
* Gather and manage various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee commitment, and recognition.
* Refresh required manuals and maintain all security-related items.
* Serve as backup for other finance capabilities.
* Oversee records for OSHA, security, and other regulatory requirements.
* Assist with budget planning and compromise, including monthly closeout of landing charges.
* Uphold inspecting exercises, as required.
* Track and confirm incentive reserves acquired.
* Liaise with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed.
* Lead/coordinate work with other care staff, as required.
* Perform other duties as required.
**What You'll Need for Success:**
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office setting.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with processes, procedures, and corporate design.
* Ability to focus on work, be meticulous, and comply with time constraints.
* Ability to multitask in a high-speed environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand the functionality and utility of specific software and systems.
