**Job Description**

As an AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our caregivers and clients
* Maintaining open and visible job postings to attract top talent and meet our staffing needs
* Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless integration of new caregivers into our team
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and caregiver management
* Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve our recruitment processes and caregiver satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in using chat platforms and recruitment software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
