**Responsibilities**

As an Airport Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items
* Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
* Handling customer interactions with poise, professionalism, and a smile, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* Performing other related duties as assigned, leveraging your skills and experience to drive results
* Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items of up to 70 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces

**Basic Qualifications**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

* Be a local resident (in-state) with a valid driver's license
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* Pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check
* Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
* Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
* Demonstrate physical ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs and be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment
