**Key Responsibilities**

As an Appointment Setter & Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* **Appointment Scheduling**: Set, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
* **Live Chat Support**: Engage with clients via live chat, answering inquiries, offering assistance, and providing product/service information in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Customer Interaction**: Provide exceptional communication to clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience from start to finish, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
* **Data Entry**: Accurately input appointment details, client information, and feedback into the CRM or other internal systems, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
* **Follow-up**: Send reminders or follow-up messages to clients about their appointments or inquiries, ensuring timely communication and high service standards.
* **Problem Resolution**: Address any customer issues or concerns and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction, working closely with sales, customer service, and other departments.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and effective communication.
* **Maintain Records**: Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all interactions with clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other internal systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
