**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Answering inbound calls from customers and company associates in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting interactions with customers when necessary, ensuring accurate and detailed records
* Resolving customer issues and complaints while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Updating customer records and electronically recording interactions to ensure seamless communication
* Collaborating with higher-level Customer Care Representatives or Supervisors to resolve complex customer situations
* Escalating unresolved customer issues or technical problems for further investigation and resolution

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of experience in customer-related services, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
* A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
* Comprehensive spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
* The ability to use multiple systems while assisting customers, including CRM software and other technical tools
* Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues
* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer experience, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:

* Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to speak, listen, converse, and write proficiently
* Excellent telephone etiquette and empathy towards customers, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust
* Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities, with the ability to navigate complex customer situations
* Basic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common technical issues
