**Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Credit Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both orally and in writing
* Demonstrating a customer-focused mindset, ensuring a positive experience for each customer interaction
* Navigating complex customer issues with ease, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years of age
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
* Call Center or Collections experience, with basic knowledge of data entry
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and
* Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift, with minimal to no distractions
* Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing exceptional customer service
* Superb attendance, with a dedication to being available when our customers need us
* Internet Speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload (test your speed at www.speedtest.net)
* Dedicated workspace free from distractions
