**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
* Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
