**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
* Providing legendary customer service that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty
**Minimum Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
