**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll work in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

**Essential Qualifications**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
* Experience working with customers in a retail or sales environment
