**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales and Support, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting our insurance products to a diverse customer base. **Key Responsibilities**

• Receive inbound calls and walk-in customers interested in receiving help with their insurance
• Make out-bound calls to follow up with policyholders regarding their insurance needs
• Make proper recommendations on additional insurance products

**Requirements**
