**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for performing call center duties, conducting surveys, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work with a talented team, and make a real impact on our clients' businesses.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Place outgoing calls to defined survey targets and conduct interviews using pre-scripted interview tools
* Accurately complete surveys for each assigned target and enter results into the survey collection instrument
* Consistently meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner
* Perform general duties such as filing, electronic faxing, telephone use, and data entry
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, and chat

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

* Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision
* Detail-oriented with accurate typing and data entry skills
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulate, and professionally in positive or negative situations
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Ability to work in a shared work environment and wear a headset
* Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

**Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements**

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience working with surveys and data collection instruments a plus

**Physical Requirements**

* Constant communication with others regarding employment-related information or instruction
* Constant use of standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones, to receive and share information
* Ability to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen
* Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
* Occasional lifting of light objects up to 25 pounds
