**Key Responsibilities**
As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving customer telephone calls and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner

* Assisting customers with planning the best route for their commute using Xpress coach bus services

**Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a customer service call center environment
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
