**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With a focus on product and solutions expertise, you'll become a trusted resource for customers, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support
* Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
